If you have suffered discrimination in the workplace, I will bring my decades of experience to evaluate your claims, litigating where necessary and seeking solutions short of court where possible. I offer a tailored approach and do not use a ‘one size fits all’ framework.

 

I work with each client to assess the best path forward, whether filing a Charge of Discrimination with a federal, or state/city agency, seeking to negotiate with your employer, helping you speak out publicly or filing a Complaint on your behalf in court. I evaluate your case from a pragmatic standpoint, with due consideration to the emotion of litigation. Together, we determine what “justice” looks like for you as an individual.

If you’re considering or have filed a Charge of Discrimination with the EEOC or a state agency, we provide support with filing, agency representation, submitting rebuttals, and offering information to protect your rights during investigations.

Sometimes a case cannot or should not be settled prior to a court filing. When appropriate, my services include aggressively and thoroughly litigating your case through trial.
